Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a new ROI and marketing model, helping connect digital marketing investments to business outcomes across channels such as paid media and B2B account‑based marketing.
  • Assist in analyzing and refining a new KPI framework for digital marketing and web analytics, ensuring metrics align with funnel stages, strategic priorities, and key personas.
  • Collect, clean, normalize, and validate data from multiple sources including CRMs, web analytics tools, B2B account‑based marketing platforms, and internal reporting systems.
  • Support the evaluation and responsible use of AI‑powered tools and methodologies (automation, forecasting, insight generation) to enhance marketing analysis, ROI modeling, KPI development, and data preparation workflow.
  • Help identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and quality issues, and document assumptions and methodologies used in analysis.
  • Support ongoing performance reporting by helping to compile dashboards, scorecards, and summaries that track key marketing metrics over time.
  • Analyze campaign and performance data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with digital campaign managers to translate business questions into analytical approaches and measurable outputs.
  • Assist in attribution and customer journey analysis to better understand how marketing touchpoints contribute to conversions in the sales funnel and revenue.
  • Partner with analytics, marketing technology, and BI teams to understand data pipelines, definitions, and governance best practices.

Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and B2B marketing.
  • Interest in how AI and machine learning are being applied to marketing analytics, performance measurement, and decision‑making.
  • Solid foundation in working with data in tools such as Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.

  • Strong research and synthesis skills—able to distill complex competitor activity into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Exposure to or curiosity about AI‑enabled analytics tools, automation, or data modeling concepts (coursework, projects, or experimentation), with a strong emphasis on data quality and interpretability.
