Power BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design and develop insightful and interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful business intelligence and providing data-driven decision-making support.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Connect and integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.
• Create data models, DAX calculations, and measures to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and datasets for efficient data retrieval.
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in Power BI work spaces.
• Develop automated reports and scheduled refreshes to ensure up-to-date insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot Power BI issues and provide solutions for performance improvements.
• Stay updated with Power BI updates, best practices, and industry trends.

• 5 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query (M Language), and DAX.
• Experience working with SQL databases, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to connect Power BI to various data sources (Excel, SQL, APIs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Power Automate, or Python (Preferred).
