. The role focuses on building and maintaining a multi‑tenant, high‑complexity enterprise hosting architecture. Epic is located just outside Madison, WI.

Position is based in Madison, WI. Epic provides financial relocation assistance.

• Design, build, coordinate, and maintain enterprise‑scale hosting architecture.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams in areas such as Security, Network, Dev Ops, Cloud, Virtualization, and Windows.
• Follow policies and procedures, escalating when not met.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• Experience or interest in infrastructure engineering (e.g., Security, Network, Dev Ops, Cloud).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Relocation to Madison, WI reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
