Position OverviewAt Renewal by Andersen, onboarding is more than a checklist—it’s a commitment. A commitment to our people, our leaders, and our culture. We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about people, energized by process improvement, and proud of delivering a top-notch, white-glove onboarding experience for both new hires and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, relationship-driven, and thrives on owning an experience end-to-end.
If you love building systems, solving problems, and creating seamless experiences that feel personal and intentional—this role was made for you.
Your ImpactAs the Onboarding Specialist, you will independently manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires across all roles, departments, and multi-state locations—from offer acceptance through first-day readiness and early integration milestones.
You’ll serve as a key connector between Recruiting Specialists, HR Generalists, Payroll, IT, Office Administration, and hiring leaders, ensuring onboarding is compliant, efficient, engaging, and consistently high-quality.
