Day to Day as a Recruiter- Own the Process
:
Lead the full recruiting journey from first outreach through offer acceptance - Create Opportunity

Drive high-volume outbound activity to spark new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines - Prospect & Engage
:
Source and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach - Evaluate Talent

Interview candidates to uncover motivation, skill set, and true culture fit - Launch Campaigns
:
Run creative, targeted recruiting and marketing campaigns that attract high-impact talent - Hit the Phones
:
Connect through phone-based recruiting and outreach (comfort with dialing is key) - Relationship Management
:
Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates that drive repeat wins and lasting success - Stay Organized

Keep CRM activity and records clean, accurate, and up to date

- 2–5+ years of experience succeeding in sales, recruiting, or other people-first/customer service roles
- A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins
- Familiar with tools like Linked In, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work onsite 3 days/week from our office in Meridian,
