Full-Time Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW) – Meridian,

Ellie Mental Health is a growing, multi-clinic practice focused on ending the stigma around mental health. We’re built to reduce therapist burnout—more focus on direct client care, and a genuinely supportive team culture. We’re hiring a therapist to join our Meridian, c. • Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations

Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma-informed care, insurance credentialing

• Hourly pay plus revenue sharing
• Paid PTO, holidays, admin time, and CEU time
