Full-Time Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW) – Meridian,

Ellie Mental Health is a growing, multi-clinic practice focused on ending the stigma around mental health. We’re built to reduce therapist burnout—more focus on direct client care, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
We’re hiring a therapist to join our Meridian, c. If you enjoy working with individuals, couples, kids/adolescents, families, or a mix, and value flexibility, creativity, and authentic connection with clients and coworkers, you’ll feel right at home here! What You’ll Do- Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Use evidence-based and creative interventions
- Attend clinical meetings and trainings
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations
Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma-informed care, insurance credentialing
