Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Meridian, , designed for licensed professionals, including LPC, LCPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, and LCSW. The role involves providing therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups in a confidential and safe environment. Duties will include assessing clients, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence‑based interventions, documenting progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Collaboration with other practitioners and ongoing contribution to a positive team dynamic are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Must hold current licensure: LPC, LCPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW in the state of Idaho (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Demonstrated skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Proficiency in providing therapeutic counseling services to individuals, families, and groups using evidence‑based practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including detailed documentation skills.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills to work with multi‑disciplinary teams and community partners.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, inclusive practices, and client‑centered approaches to care.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
