Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – In‑Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist for a school‑based position in Meridian,  is a full‑time role, exclusively in‑person.

Schedule: Full‑Time

• Location: In‑Person School‑Based Role
• Start Date: ASAP
• Caseload: Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Deliver individualized and small group therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Engage in school‑based meetings and student‑centered planning

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Valid Idaho DOE licensure in Speech Pathology
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
