Blue Cross of Idaho’s Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Analyst I. This role offers hands‑on experience across treasury functions, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, capital planning, and other Treasury responsibilities. This position also provides support in managing daily cash operations, analyzing financial data, and assisting with banking and investment related tasks.
This role reports to the Manager, Accounting/Finance. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho. Hybrid work schedule is supported.
Level ITo be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience:
3 years’ accounting/finance or related field experience - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, liquidity and banking activities across multiple organizations
- Assist with cash forecasting and daily cash management
- Support modeling for capital planning projects
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $26.12 to $36.58 for a level I and $66,353 to $92,894 for a level II. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position.
Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
