Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Industrial Mechanical Engineer based in Idaho, United States. The role can be based in either Twin Falls or Boise,  ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems, oversee quality control, and drive progress in our systems and methods in collaboration with our automation and process engineering teams. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing detailed technical documentation, conducting system analyses, conducting site visits, and mentoring junior engineers to support their professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in mechanical design, process engineering, and equipment design in industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling;
    AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, etc.
  • Experience with plant utility systems, including water treatment, boilers, and refrigeration
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
    Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
  • Prior experience in industries such as manufacturing, power generation, and/or mining.
