We are looking for a Telephone Operator to join our team!

At The Lodge at Spruce Peak, our PBX Telephone Operators are the welcoming voice behind the guest experience. They answer and transfer calls with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction feels personal and attentive. Beyond managing a high volume of calls, they promptly fulfill guest requests and provide accurate information about the resort. Success in this role requires excellent communication and typing skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Telephone Operator who will contribute to a high level of guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to work both weekend days, holidays and various shifts as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
