Foundations First Northwest LLC is looking for dependable and motivated Construction Laborers to join our Field Operations team. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who takes pride in physical work and quality craftsmanship. We help homeowners across the Northwest tackle structural issues with confidence. At Foundations First, every team member contributes to building something meaningful—starting with trust.

• Assist with foundation repair tasks, including excavation, setting forms, and lifting.
• Load/unload materials, remove debris, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively (all tools provided).
• Follow instructions from the foreman and collaborate with skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.

• Must be able to lift 60–80 lbs throughout the workday and work in varied outdoor conditions.
• Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (crawlspaces, underneath homes).
• 1+ year of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the office daily.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow directions.
