Overview
ESI's Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the project management team. Project Coordinators streamline processes, manage documentation, and ensure seamless communication. With unwavering dedication, they drive success, making every detail count.
Responsibilities- Provide essential administrative support to our project management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient project execution.
- Play a pivotal role in bid activities, contributing to our success in securing new projects and opportunities.
- Take charge of project documentation management, correspondence, and logs while ensuring the smooth flow of critical information.
- Facilitate seamless Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking and optimize procurement processes.
- Demonstrate a meticulous approach in handling compliance documentation and tracking while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Lead change management, document distribution, tracking, and ensuring projects remain on track and adaptable to evolving needs.
- Oversee closeout documentation and ensure projects are completed with precision and finesse.
- Manage project documentation archival, contributing to the knowledge base and enhancing organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication both verbally and in written form.
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, concerns, or inaccuracies.
- History of delivering excellent customer service.
- Embodies leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, and self-discipline.
- Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and strong potential for growth.
- Fast-paced working environment.
- Working environment may be busy and noisy.
- Manage several tasks and projects at one time.
- Interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer, including keyboard, mouse, computer printer, and scanner.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
