A growing U.S.
-based natural resources company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its new Meridian office
. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a productive, professional, and collaborative workplace while supporting a small but dynamic leadership team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
, enjoys taking ownership of office operations, and brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee daily operations of the office including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance, service providers, and general workplace needs
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Provide administrative support to leadership and local staff as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing documents
- Support occasional travel arrangements for leadership and team members
- Maintain and organize company records and historical filings
- Arrange and schedule travel for the team
- Track office expenses and coordinate with the Finance team as needed
- Support onboarding coordination and local training logistics for new employees
- Serve as a key point of contact between the office and the corporate head office
- Help maintain health, safety, and emergency procedures for the workplace
- Foster a welcoming, collaborative environment for employees and visitors
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable supporting leadership with light executive-level coordination
