Full‑Time, Monday – Friday, Various Shifts
Loader Lead‑Forklift Operator LeadStarting at $24.70 hr.
PTO available after the first 90 calendar days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts.
Come and experience the difference with R+L Carriers. R+L Carriers has immediate openings for a Forklift Operator Lead at our Meriden, CT Service Center to unload and load trailers. Successful candidates must possess a good work ethic, maintain a good attendance record, work well with others as part of a team, and excel in a fast‑paced work environment.
Company Culture Requirements- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Previous leadership, warehouse & forklift experience in a fast‑paced, LTL environment is necessary.
- Able to read manifests, supervise dock workers, and work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Must have good loading and unloading skills.
- Previous forklift experience needed.
