Licensed Plumber

Westaff is Hiring Licensed Plumbers with Commercial Experience!

Location:

Wallingford, CT

Hours:

7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $35-40 an hour for fully certified

• Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, piping, and fixtures
• Install and service fire sprinkler systems including wet, dry, and pre-action systems
• Perform routine maintenance and testing of sprinkler systems to ensure code compliance
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs
• Ensure all work meets local and state safety codes and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and inspectors as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately

• Must have commercial plumbing/fire sprinkler experience
• Plumbing and/or fire sprinkler installation and service experience
• Valid plumbing or sprinkler license/certification (P2/F2)
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and local building codes preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team Proven reliability and strong work ethic

This is a DIRECT HIRE position- the company will offer 401k , PTO, and Medical Insurance as part of their benefits for full-time plumbers.
