We are currently seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This is an immediate opening for a detail‑oriented professional who is passionate about food safety, quality standards, and compliance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and enforce food safety and quality programs (GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC as applicable)
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Perform sanitation and pre‑operational inspections
• Document findings accurately and maintain QA records and logs
• Identify non‑conformances and work with production to drive corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and company quality standards
• Support audits and inspections as needed

• Previous experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor’s degree a plus)
