This is a full-time, on-site role located in Meriden, CT, for a Machine Operator at Jonal Laboratories. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and conducting quality control checks to meet company and industry standards. The role also involves working with hand tools and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with different types of Machinery
• Quality Control skills with an eye for detail to ensure products meet specifications
• Experience using Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred
