• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in project management and agile methodologies

• 3-5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 3-5 years in the Health Insurance Industry or Healthcare Industry
• 3-5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
