- Configure, roll out, and support Epic applications to meet user needs
- Analyze system requirements and document workflows while evaluating user experience
- Provide guidance and support to end-users, resolving system issues and enhancing application use
- Manage small to medium projects independently, keeping stakeholders updated on progress
- Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues
- Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
