Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Office Managers to join our nursing home team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in long-term care billing and business office operations

- Manage resident billing and collections
- Process and submit claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Work closely with residents, families, and third-party payers to resolve billing issues
- Support daily business office operations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Office Manager in a nursing home or long-term care facility
- Proficiency in Medicare and Medicaid billing required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
