Cardinal Engineering Associates, Inc. is an established consulting civil engineering firm located in Central Connecticut and celebrating its 63rd year in business. Our goal is to provide excellent engineering services to the CTDOT and municipal clients throughout Connecticut.
Resident Engineers, Chief Inspectors and Construction InspectorsCardinal has several roadway and bridge construction projects starting in March of 2025 and is seeking skilled personnel with the following qualifications:
- Resident Engineers: B.S.C.E. with at least 5 years of construction experience and a CT P.E. license or NICET IV.
- Chief Inspector: B.S.C.E. or NICET III or IV with 5 years of experience.
- Construction Inspectors: preferably A.S.C.E., B.S.C.E. or NICET II certificate.
- Experience with state and federally funded bridge projects and the CTDOT MSAT Team preferred.
