A dynamic HVAC company is seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Trainer to enhance training programs for HVAC technicians. This role includes developing and delivering instructional materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and assessing trainees' understanding. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Training & Development experience and 7 years in HVAC service, along with relevant certifications. A valid driver's license is required for travel.

The position offers competitive compensation between $95,000 and $110,000 annually.
