Our services include individual therapy, psychiatric medication management, and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), all led by a collaborative and experienced clinical team with a whole-person wellness approach. Located in Mercer Island, WA, Crescent Wellness Center is committed to supporting mental health journeys with care and compassion.
This is a part-time, hybrid position located in Mercer Island, WA. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive psychiatric care and medication management services for clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing personalized care and treatment plans, monitoring patients' progress, and collaborating with therapists and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. The role may also involve participation in team meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.
Qualifications- Advanced skills in Mental Health Nursing, including assessment and treatment planning
- Experience and credentials as a Nurse Practitioner with expertise in mental health or psychiatric care
- Strong knowledge and experience in providing Psychiatric and Mental Health Care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a trauma-informed environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on psychiatric and mental health care
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Experience with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable
- Must be licensed in Washington state
$100/HR with employee or contract positions available
