The Sales Associate role at GUESS is a part-time position based on-site in Mercedes, TX. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, handling transactions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. Sales Associates also support team efforts by achieving sales goals, promoting brand loyalty, and upholding the GUESS brand image during all customer interactions.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively
• Sales and merchandising skills, with experience achieving or surpassing sales targets preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
• Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently when required
• Knowledge of fashion trends or a passion for retail and the apparel industry is a plus

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary to meet the needs of the business.
