Job Overview:
The Discrepancy Representative will be responsible for identifying, creating, and resolving any contract discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Review and communicate contract discrepancies in written form to the dealer via Case
360 – (75%) - Follow up on outstanding contract discrepancies with the dealer, making outbound calls to dealers with contracts held beyond 5 days old – (10%)
- Receive inbound calls from dealers on a daily basis regarding contract discrepancies – (10%)
- Support Retail Credit Analysts, Customer Service, Collections Representatives, and team members with any questions or issues involving contracts booked in error – (5%)
Qualifications:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. at the time of application; relocation assistance not provided for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Funding: 1 year
- High School Diploma or GED is required;
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Skills:
- Analytical skills – ability to collect data, establish facts, and identify trends and variances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Moderate computer skills are preferred.
Recommended Prerequisites:
- Contract Administrator;
Collections/Client Services/Remarketing Phone Agent
