Receptionist (Seasonal Client Service Professional)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, personalized manner
  • Match clients to the best‑suited tax professional based on their needs and preferences
  • Schedule client appointments (in-person, virtual or over the phone) and confirm all necessary details
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources, collaborating with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the front‑office function
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Flexible schedule, willingness to work various shifts, and ability to work in multiple locations if required
  • Sales/marketing experience a plus
