Under general supervision, the Lead Case Manager leads the case management staff by providing guidance and training as well as support and structure for participants. The Lead Case Manager assists in developing program plans, manages a caseload of participant cases, and administers the policies and procedures of the program as directed by the contracting agency and the Program Manager.
Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesReports all program violations to the appropriate agency or official via the established reporting parameters.
