Mercy Merced Medical Center is a bustling hospital known for its diverse range of services, from obstetrics and a cardiac catheterization lab to a high-energy orthopedic department. We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is eager to maintain and expand their skill set. Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate:
  Starting at $210/hr on a 1099 basis
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Available for full-time CRNAs
• Referral Bonus: $500 for referring a CRNA who signs on full-time

Schedule & Call:

• Work Schedule:
  Flexible options, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts for a total of 40 hours per week
• On-Call: CRNAs take first calls, with a post-call day off

Practice Model:

• Supervision model with daily support from three to four anesthesiologists in the ORs
