Position Overview
Customer Service Representative – Transdev, Merced, CA. Act as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients, offering friendly, customer‑service oriented, safety‑first support.
Benefits- Payment: $19.86/hr, progressing to $27.58/hr over 4 years.
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year.
- Paid sick leave: 8 hours/month for full‑time employees.

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details (transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses).
- Sell tickets and answer questions at Transpo Station, Downtown Merced, CA.
- Perform dispatch duties as required.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable (49 CFR Part 40).
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Work involves long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Environment combines indoor and outdoor settings.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
