Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll use company-provided vehicles to safely and timely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, loading and unloading parts accurately per route schedules, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure product knowledge and fleet maintenance, stay updated on promotions and automotive products, report any vehicle issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
