Job DescriptionAs a Project Software Engineer, you will work with your Team to define, build, test, and deliver releasable, quality software product in a defined time box. You will lead and mentor others in the architectural design, system dataflow, component dataflow, and development framework. You will report to Software and Dev Sec Ops Engineering Manager. You will work Hybrid in Mequon, WI.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Work with internal and external Teams to define and refine a sustainable architectural design, dataflow between software components, and dataflow between system interfaces.
- Recommend, setup, and maintain a software development framework that is easy and sustainable for other Engineers to use.
- Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, build, test, and deliver as necessary.
- Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery.
- Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Stakeholders.
- Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Stakeholders relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

- Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
- Programming experience with Web development using Angular, C#, and ASP.NET Web APIs
- Experience in software integration and configuration management.
- Experience in software tool and technology-stack evaluation, and selection.
- Experience in the creation of software vision, research, prototyping, and deployment.
- Design, build, and maintain Web applications and hybrid Web applications.
- Experience in Web Software development.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Experience in Scrum, Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products, UX research and design
- Experience in the industrial automation industry.
- Familiarity of SAFe.
