Business Project Manager​/Business Analyst; PM​/BA

Position: Business Applications Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA)

We are currently looking for experienced individuals with strong ERP implementation, project management, and business analysis skills to join our team as either a Senior Consultant or a Consulting Manager based on your experience level.

The people we seek should possess:

q 5-9 years of experience in information technology and business process improvement with a majority of the following characteristics:

o Minimum of 3+ years of management consulting firm experience

o Minimum of 3+ years of IT management (applications or infrastructure / operations) experience or functional business area leadership experience

o Manufacturing, distribution, and/or service industry experience

o

Experience with initiatives such as business system (ERP) selections and/or implementations

o

Experience with enterprise ERP applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/BC), Oracle Net Suite, Epicor, IFS/Acumatica, Infor CSI, Oracle or SAP

o

Experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce

o

Experience with business process analysis tools and techniques and process improvement efforts

o

Experience with business analytics and reporting tools

o

Experience with merger & acquisition transition / integration efforts

q Extensive project management experience

q Excellent written and verbal communications skills

q Personal drive and perseverance to achieve results in fast paced environments

q Willingness to continue learning new techniques and technologies

q Flexibility to travel based on client requirements

q Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering or Information Systems

q The following certifications are desirable: PMP, CMA, CPIM, CIRM or CPA

This is a full-time, salaried position. Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsor ships are available for this position. While this position does require travel, individuals will be based out of our Mequon, Wisconsin headquarters. No relocation assistance is available for this position.
