Role Description

This full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role is based in Mequon, WI. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions for financial planning, investments, and retirement planning. Responsibilities include analyzing client financial situations, creating comprehensive plans, recommending appropriate financial products, and building long-term client relationships. Advisors will also actively engage in professional development to stay informed about financial trends and product updates.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to create and evaluate comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Experience with Retirement Planning and Investments to support clients in achieving long-term financial security.
  • Proficiency in providing Financial Advisory services to confidently guide clients in reaching their financial goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust and foster lasting relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and handle complex client portfolios with professionalism and confidentiality.
