As a SPLASH Customer Service Representative you’ll be responsible for five major roles:

• Welcoming clients.
• Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Assisting clients with curriculum information.
• Maintaining client records and promoting the SPLASH product to current and future clients.
• Most importantly, your work will impact hundreds of children and possibly SAVE A LIFE!

You’ll need to be experienced, trustworthy and love interacting with clients of all ages! We are looking for a permanent part-time position. Hours needed are afternoon/evening and an occasional weekend morning. Perfect for retired workers, grandparents, stay at home moms or college students!
