Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Manager to support the construction and post-construction experience for our luxury home clients. This position works closely with Project Managers to coordinate service-related tasks and schedule service work with homeowners and subcontractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable multi-tasking while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Managers with service-related tasks throughout the construction and warranty phases
  • Schedule service appointments with homeowners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to perform service and warranty work
  • Manage and maintain the schedule for service employees
  • Track service requests, work orders, and completion status to ensure timely resolution
  • Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, maintaining a high standard of professionalism
  • Monitor progress of service work and communicate updates to Project Managers and clients as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation related to service activities
  • Help identify scheduling conflicts or service issues and proactively work toward resolution
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in construction, home building, property management, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules. Proficiency with scheduling software, project management tools, Buildertrend or similar system
  • Excellent & professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ability to travel across Southeast Wisconsin to various project sites
