Position OverviewWe are seeking a Service Manager to support the construction and post-construction experience for our luxury home clients. This position works closely with Project Managers to coordinate service-related tasks and schedule service work with homeowners and subcontractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable multi-tasking while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Project Managers with service-related tasks throughout the construction and warranty phases
- Schedule service appointments with homeowners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to perform service and warranty work
- Manage and maintain the schedule for service employees
- Track service requests, work orders, and completion status to ensure timely resolution
- Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, maintaining a high standard of professionalism
- Monitor progress of service work and communicate updates to Project Managers and clients as needed
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation related to service activities
- Help identify scheduling conflicts or service issues and proactively work toward resolution
- Experience in construction, home building, property management, or customer service
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules. Proficiency with scheduling software, project management tools, Buildertrend or similar system
- Excellent & professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ability to travel across Southeast Wisconsin to various project sites
