Role Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, parts, and finished goods. This role supports customer needs.pc Delivers consistent scheduling aligned with instructions, coordinates internal movement of goodsduled between facilities, and provides leadership of the team in the Supervisor’s absence.

  • Align logistics activities with daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
  • Releasing orders from CSI.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with legal, customs, and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transportation companies, and customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and track shipments domestically and/or internationally.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents (packing lists, BOLs, etc.).
  • Handle logistics issues and resolve delays or damages in transit.
  • Manage performance of logistics partners and elevate issues as needed.
  • Work with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and warehouse to streamline operations.
  • Use logistics software and ERP systems for order processing and shipment tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Support audits and reporting by maintaining organized logistics records.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the supply chain.
  • Coordinate movement of goods and associated materials transactions between facilities.
  • Develop expertise in export control, assuming responsibility for monitoring and ensuring compliance with U.S. and international export control laws and regulations, including EAR and ITAR.
  • Prepare and maintain required export documentation, such as export licenses, classification determinations, and shipping records.
  • Conduct screening of customers, vendors, and transactions against restricted party lists.
  • Provide guidance to internal departments regarding export requirements and restrictions.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to resolve export issues and facilitate shipments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and facility operations.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1‑3 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience.
