Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Electrical Integration
Lay out component locations; route and secure wiring.
Assemble harnesses and install 12V electronics: lights, fuses, and controls.
Interface with OEM electronics via splicing or approved connectors.
Hydraulic Systems
Measure, cut, and fit hydraulic hoses with correct couplers/fittings.
Install and commission pumps, valves, tanks, and fluid-powered attachments.
Quality & Documentation
Test functionality of all installed systems.
Tie, shield, and protect all runs to CRE standards.
Read OEM/third‑party manuals and internal build docs; record all work performed.
Safety & Throughput
Use PPE, submit maintenance requests, communicate hazards.
Manage time to meet customer‑agreed deadlines; follow company policies and supervisor direction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
- Knowledge of 12-volt automotive electrical and hydraulic/fluid-control systems.
- Provide your own hand, air, and power tools.
- Open to overtime; forklift experience is a plus.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and sitting.
- Manual dexterity around machinery and powered industrial equipment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs; operate vibrating and powered tools.
- On‑site role supporting active manufacturing.
