Lowe's - 9600 Mentor Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs;
Builds relationships with vendors by directing and ensuring merchandise resets are completed per Lowe's specifications;
Collaborates with Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project needs;
Engage with customers when opportunities arise and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Update pricing labels and way finding information to ensure accurate display and signage
