Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence, keeps the work area clean and organized; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; executes the basics at the highest possible level and shows energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows the Open Door Policy and applies these in business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; seeks opportunities for improvement and adapts to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
