The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate keeps freezers and coolers stocked and helps maintain deli operations. You’ll be on the front lines of customer service, contributing to a clean, sanitary, member-ready environment that supports a great shopping experience for our members.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; adhering to company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; completing required audits and documentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning the area; monitoring fans, drains, and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management.
• Maintains overall readiness of the freezer/cooler/deli area to ensure product quality and accessibility for Members.

Must be 18 years of age or older. The position may require successful completion of trainings and assessments as part of the hiring process.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.
