Overview

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team for Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal opportunities at Great Lakes Mall, Mentor, OH.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections; presenting merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
