Member Frontline Cashier

Overview

Position:
Member Frontline Cashier Associate. You play a major role in how our members feel in the club. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with. You should smile, greet, and thank each and every member. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You may juggle several tasks while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

• Run registers and support members through the self-checkout experience.
• Assist members with purchases, payments, and self-service technology as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Promote the company’s products and services and provide guidance to members.
• Answer member questions and resolve issues to ensure member satisfaction.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including safety sweeps and handling of hazardous materials as applicable to the role.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners to complete tasks and meet priorities.

The base pay range is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
. Additional compensation may include premiums in specific circumstances.
