Join Signet Jewelers as an Assistant Store Manager at Banter by Piercing Pagoda in Great Lakes Mall. This role focuses on supporting daily store operations, driving sales, and fostering a customer‑centric team environment.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures, and perform other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
