Come join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community Mentor located at 8180 Mentor Hills Dr., Mentor, Ohio 44060!

• Be the Keeper of the Home – create an inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy atmosphere in all apartments and common areas.
• Be a Mealtime Maven – be present in the dining room to prepare and serve family‑style meals, guiding residents to participate in setting tables and cleaning up together.
• Be a Snack Specialist – ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times a day.
• Be a Caring Connector – help engage residents and provide meaningful experiences throughout the neighborhood.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Basic reading, writing, and English communication skills at 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive, energetic attitude; love residents.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
