• Perform snow shoveling and ice removal on sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and designated areas.
• Shovel assigned areas during and after each snow event in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with the Maintenance Supervisor via email, text, or phone.
• Meet all snow removal requirements for each event (e.g., clear entire walkways, spread salt for ice control).
• Work unusual hours to meet snow removal requirements.
• Collaborate with team to provide reliable service.
• Stand for extended periods in winter weather conditions.
• Possible overtime as needed.

• 1+ years of shoveling and landscaping experience (REQUIRED).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (REQUIRED).

• Job Type: Temporary Snow Work with potential for permanent.
• Starting rate: $25.00/hr for candidates with 1+ year professional shoveling experience and clean driving record.
• Schedule:
  
  10- or 8-hour shifts;
  Monday to Friday.
