Due to our current growth, we have a need to hire an additional Account & Sales Manager for our Mentor, Ohio or Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We are looking to hire an Experienced Account & Sales Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships and creating a visibly strong and positive presence for the company. This position will help with both Mentor and Cuyahoga Falls.

We are looking for employees that will not only help our company grow, but will grow with the company.

• Must be able to Sell Landscaping and Snow.
• Work with the field supervisors and foremen regarding scheduling.
• Schedule work in the most efficient manner.
• Time-keeping and organizational skills.
• Assist with the hiring, training, and retention of employees.

• Strive to meet sales-to-budget goals.
• Verify the accuracy of customer database information.
• Run weekly meeting with Landscape and snow crews.
• Manage the maintenance of all company equipment.

• Computer skills, including all Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and use of Landscaping software (LMN).
• Great communication skills.
• Experience with Skid Steer, Mowers, Loaders, Snowplows and power tools.

• High School Diploma.

• 7+ Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry in Sales & Account management.
• Clean driving record.

Salary Range $65, depends on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we are also offering performance-based discretionary bonuses, 401K, health, dental & vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off.

$1500.00 (Bonus will be paid in two parts $750.00 after 6 months and $750.00 after 1 year service).
