Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients requiring stepdown level care following cardiac procedures
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed

• Provide patient and family education focused on cardiac health and recovery
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Current RN licensure in Ohio or compact state
• Demonstrated experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit, preferably cardiac-focused
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-stress environments
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
