Provide specialized nursing care as a Registered Nurse supporting post-procedure and Med/Tele patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position is based in Mentor, OH, offering an opportunity to apply your skills in a focused clinical setting with a reputable healthcare system.
Schedule/
Hours:
- Two 12-hour shift options available:
• Day
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Holiday and weekend rotations are required
- No guaranteed hours
- Overtime compensated at the regular all-inclusive rate
- No on-call responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Post Procedure and Med/Tele patients utilizing RN-Stepdown, Pre Op, and PACU expertise
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective treatment plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain detailed documentation
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and institutional policies
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for healthcare providers from AHA
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other recognized professional nursing certifications aligned with Magnet standards
